Meet the Founder
I'm Jérémie Moreau, the founder of Moreau Health & Safety.
My background combines formal health and safety education with hands-on experience supporting workplace operations, employee training, incident documentation, return-to-work processes and the implementation of workplace procedures.
Through that experience, I've learned that an effective health and safety system needs to do more than look good on paper. It must be understood by workers, manageable for supervisors and realistic for the business responsible for maintaining it.
I created Moreau Health & Safety to make practical, personalized support more accessible to owner-operators and small businesses. My approach begins with understanding how the business actually operates, identifying applicable requirements and then considering practical best practices that can strengthen the workplace as it grows.
